Furudix (pronounced: Fu-rudix) was a Gallic slave who was freed by Spartacus sometime during the Third Servile War. He later fought in the slave rebellion against the Roman Republic. He was the lover of Everida and died with her during the Battle of Mount Garganus in 72 BC.
Furudix was born somewhere in northern Gaul and taken into slavery in his later years when he was captured by Roman soldiers, where his village was burned down afterwards.
Taken to Italy, he was then sold to a wealthy Roman in Campania and was trained to work as a shepherd on his masters lands.
