Gnaeus Pompeius Magnus, later named Pompey the Great, was a Roman praetor who helped end the Third Servile War, after his victory over Sertorius in Hispania. Pompey had the name of "the teenage butcher".
Pompey was extensively trained in the Roman ways of fighting, and was regarded as one of the greatest fighters of his day.
Pompey held himself above everyone, including other Romans such as Caesar and Crassus.
